A monumental stone crucifix, which was used for walkers and pilgrims to stop and pray. Its location, on the side of the road, relates it to the same function of the Galician "cruceiros".

Vegadeo also has an important civil architectural heritage where some palatial complexes and noble houses stand out, such as the Casa de los Lastra in Vixande, and so much so that there is a whole Route of the Palaces, as well as another called Senda de los doce puentes, which offers a walk through the different bridges and surrounding places around the Monjardín and Suarón rivers.
